Mmmm… The taste of the sea. Fresh. Salty. Wonderful. There is really nothing more to say about oysters except enjoy them!

If you want to lose weight, though, you need to avoid the white burgundy and the New Zeeland sauvignon. And the bread. But if you can have just oysters with a squeeze of lemon and “un coup de l’eau” you’ll be fine. Pure protein.
