Super easy and healthy pizza. Instead of a bread base, I use chicken breast. Hammer it out to a thin shape. Spread tomato paste on the chicken pizza base. Chop up and top your pizza with whatever you like. I usually put onion, black olives, green or yellow peppers, mushroom, herbs and lots of cheese on mine.
Cook in the oven at 225C until the cheese gets goldy crip and the juices run clear from the chicken. It only takes about ten minutes, but make sure the chicken is well cooked before you eat it.
